Georgia Institute of Technology. Volop aanbevelingen zijn ook te vinden in het rapport.
Overigens, weblectures zijn een soort lessen of colleges die opgenomen worden

in een studio. Ze zijn veel korter (hooguit 20 minuten), er zijn geen studenten bij en de docent gebruikt Powerpointsheets.
