Puzzling postings?

On August 8, 2005, in In English, by Hans Mestrum

During my holiday I installed a javascript to post items from other blogs or archives. I felt that this would be appropriate. In this way I could give some exposure to blogs of colleagues and readers of my blog could get some idea what I am reading. The javascript uses the RSS feed of a blog and produces the latest posting. But what I did not think about is that everytime someone comes to a posting with the javascript, it will be updated and gives the latest information. That is not strange, but what is strange is the posting date of my posting. Readers saw that my posting was for example from August 2nd while the posting of a particular blog which I was linking to were from August 5th.
A bit puzzling, isn’t it? What do you think?
